Ground rules for using the proposal generator.
These terms are intentionally lightweight so the MVP can be launched safely before a full legal review.
Acceptable use
Use the app to draft legitimate proposals, statements of work, and pricing summaries. Do not use it to submit unlawful content, infringe others' rights, or test attacks against the service.
Generated content
The app produces drafts, not legal advice or guaranteed deal-winning language. You are responsible for reviewing and editing every proposal before sending it to a client.
Payments
If live Stripe checkout is enabled, purchases are processed by Stripe under its own terms. Pricing and refund handling are controlled by the deployment operator and any details shown on the checkout page or receipt.
Availability
This is a micro-SaaS MVP. Features may change quickly, optional AI providers may be unavailable, and some environments may run in demo mode until the operator configures production credentials.
Liability
The service is provided on an as-is basis for drafting assistance. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the operator is not liable for lost revenue, missed deals, or downstream business decisions made from generated drafts.
